This feature empowers you to design a Download email that is both effective and a true reflection of your brand’s unique identity. From your Shopify page -> Mageplaza Digital Downloads -> Setting, in the Download email block:

• The default toggle “Auto send email” is ON. This email is sent after your customer buy a digital product. If you turn off the toggle, the email containing digital download information will not be sent to customers after a successful purchase.
• Click “Customize” to open the Download email template setting

Download email template settings contains two main sections: Branding and content. You can see the preview on the right for each setting you setup on the left

1. Branding
   • Logo: Upload or drag & drop an image to create avatar and logo (Accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, or WEBP and less than 1MB. Recommended size is 40x40px)
   • Color: Select from preset colors or use the color picker to align with your brand’s identity.
2. General Settings
   • Subject: You can customize the content of the email Subject in this text field by using the available variables.
   • From: You can customize the sender name (your store name) in this text field by using the available variables.
   • Sender email: In this version, we will use [email protected] as the default sender for your download links
   • Download button content: Customize the text that appears above the download buttons * Download button corner rounding: Adjust button corner radius (0-100px)
3. Content
   • Header:
   • Title: Customize the content for the email title
   • Description: Customize the welcome text in this text field by using the available variables.
   • Body:
   • You can turn on the toggle to show order details, download limits, and the contact support banner
   • Customize text for expiration date and download limits by using the available variables.
   • Footer:
   • Customize the content of the email footer in the text fields: Title and Description
4. Send test email to see how they work Click “Send test email” button to send a test to your email. You can enter your email address (or the email you want to test with)

Note: Click “Save settings” to apply your changes. A success message will appear confirming your settings have been saved. The email template preview updates in real-time as you make changes, allowing you to see how your customizations will look.
